An incentive to attract new and expanding industry to Fulton County and to Georgia, Quick Start helps industry start up and expand operations by developing and implementing high quality, customized training programs and providing companies with a trained workforce in the shortest time possible. Administered by the Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Educations, the program identifies the specific training needs of company personnel free of charge and provides concentrated, targeted training for each job classification. The development of the training plan and the implementation of the training program is a three-way partnership among Quick Start, the company and one of Georgia’s technical institutions.
