Fulton County Schools announces the first annual ‘FCS Mobile Appathon,’ on Saturday, May 9, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m at Ridgeview Charter School – 5340 S Trimble Road, Atlanta, Georgia 30342.
The purpose of the FCS Mobile Appathon is to develop and recognize talented students while providing students with an outlet for creative energy. The FCS Mobile Appathon is also an opportunity for students to demonstrate their technology related skills and provide a venue for them to channel their technology interests in a positive and productive direction. The event highlights Fulton County School’s strong focus on STEM education.
The FCS Mobile Appathon is presented by TAG HackLab, a new program of the Technology Association of Georgia that helps organizations plan, promote, and implement hackathons.
