The Development Authority of Fulton County provides bond financing assistance for both taxable and tax-exempt industrial revenue bonds. The Development Authority provides an inducement for eligible companies to obtain low-cost debt financing to construct and equip new facilities or expand and re-equip existing facilities. Taxable or tax-exempt bonds are issued solely on the credit of the company.
